This here my friends is "Ilmatar" an original character of

A Practice and a few Redesigns for it to function or work in reality -- or just plain Function
, even though it might seem to be a failed attempt in doing so in the first place. I think I spelled SHIN wrong.

It may seem like a copy of Harpuia but it isn't, you see..
She's a GIRL for starters, she has a Darker color of Green and
according to Owner; the reasons why it's Green is because "that's her
Favorite color and that's the color of a Shitennou that flies"

("Shitennou" is the Japanese term for the Four Guardians
of Master X in the videogame series Mega Man Zero. )(/i)
